Was a reasonable base for business trip. The breakfast was excellent and well presented with cappuccino and great coffee. The venue's position was suburban.

Shame the bathroom was very bad.

this hotel can be choosed if you are to stay in Zurich for 2 days+. it's a bit far for one-day traveller, considering the Bahnholf strasse is taking most of your day.

Nice staff, located close to nature yet decent transportation to anywhere, it was great fun jogging from there. Nice breakfast.

The room. The bed was bad, nightmare, lost sleep due to backache. The room is dark, old, and smell from the very old carpet there. It's ugly and should be renovated. Not even a cupboard. 1, New bad. 2, Remove old smelly carpet. 3. Decent light 4. Decorate a bit. 5. Cupboard will be nice The location also means lack of restaurants and other facilities in the near area.

This place is a clean property with competent staff at the reception desk, located in a quiet residential area away from the main road, which was perfect for our trip.

The good location for the price, adjacent to a cheap and good restaurant and a metro station. Modern and functional unit with an electric kettle and refrigerators.

During our stay at The Guests' House, we were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and comfortable rooms. The beds were freshly made, and the linens were clean. Despite some minor drawbacks, overall I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The train ride to the city was quick and within easy reach. Breakfast was very good, always plenty to choose from and staff in breakfast room, very polite..

The room was reasonably large and well heated and with cosy decoration. The beds were large, view of the mountains was nice.

The hotel was placed in the hillside location close to a tram stop which takes you straight to the main station. It was also right by the railway line, the center of Zurich and Uetliberg which has great views and good walking routes. We had fresh made and sensational breakfast with croissants and latte, for example.

I had a 12-hour layover and needed a place to stay overnight. The hotel's charming and clean entrance welcomed me. The modern and clean hallway led me to my small yet comfortable room and bathroom. The hotel served its purpose perfectly. A lovely touch was the lolly basket at reception. The hotel was conveniently located, just a 9-minute team ride from the city center. The parking was safe and spacious, especially for larger cars. The friendly staff and good breakfast made my stay enjoyable.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.
